Federal Lawmaker task student leaders to shun violence

The Member Representing Etche/Omuma Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Jerome Amadi-Eke has advised he President Elect of student Union Government SUG, Rivers State University, Azuonwu Bestman to use his position to seek for better welfare of students in the institution.

Jerome Amadi-Eke gave the advise when the President Elect SUG Rivers State University Azuonwu Bestman paid him a courtesy visit in Port Harcourt.

The Federal Lawmaker also called on the President Elect to work with the school management to improve the standard of learning in the institution.

He however commended the Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike, for improving educational infrastrutures in public schools in Rivers State.

The President Elect SUG, Rivers State University, Azuonwu Bestman, said students welfare will top his priority throughout his tenure in office.
