The Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike says he dissolved the State Executive Council after consulting with various stakeholders in the State.
Governor Nyesom Wike said this during the thanksgiving service of election victory of the lawmaker representing Ogu/Bolo in Rivers State House of Assembly Evans Bipi at St. Martins Church town in Ogu/Bolo local government area.
Governor Wike also said the dissolution was done to bring in fresh people with fresh ideas in the cabinet.
The governor further disclosed that the construction of teachers’ quarters for Government Secondary School, Ogu will soon be completed
Meanwhile Evans Bipi who is also the chief whip of the Rivers State House of Assembly earlier in his address commended the governor and that people of his constituency for his election victory.
