Prince Tonye Princewil was Received today by HRH, king Dr. Amb Appolos chu in his Royal palace, in Okori community, Eleme kingdom.
The king gave his prayers and best wishes to his visitor whom he admitted had the goodwill for Rivers State to flourish.
In his address, The son of the Amanyanabo of Kalabari kingdom, and a Governorship Aspirant of the APC, Prince Tonye T.J.T Princewill thanked the chiefs and king for the resounding welcome.
He said ” As my father, you have advised me, the kind of wisdom I have received today will take me far. Your people are blessed to have you as their king.
Today we have discussed how to make Rivers State a better place. The Rivers State we have now is not what you want, we have a duty to create a state where jobs will be made available for our youths.
For me, I have just one point Agenda, which is Jobs!! Jobs!! Jobs!! When we talk about APC creating jobs, we must first address insecurity, the Transportation sector, rural development, education, health, infrastructure, etc.
I believe that the highest employer of labor is not the government, but SMEs.
The job of the government is to create the environment for businesses to thrive.
We are not here to campaign, when it’s time for that, we will come again and meet with you again.”
